Q. What hardware and software do I need to run MyMortgageHost?

Because MyMortgageHost is a hosted system, all you need is a
computer and a Web browser (for best results, we recommend
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher).
Q. How often will I receive upgrades to MyMortgageHost?
A. Because MyMortgageHost is a hosted system, whenever
we make modifications or enhancements, you are automatically
using the most recent upgrade! No more waiting for
installation discs or upgrade fees!
Q. Who uses MyMortgageHost?
A. MyMortgageHost is used by hundreds
of independent brokers, mortgage companies and net-branches across
the country.
Q. What happens to my data if I need to cancel my subscription?
A. You can batch export your database to either our own comma-delimited
format or to the FNMA format*.
If you are not sure how to export your data, simply send us a written
request for your data within 30 days of
de-activating and we will send you a cd with your data in either
our comma delimited format or FNMA if specified (additional charges
may apply).

Q. Is any training required to learn to use MyMortgageHost?
A. Although the MyMortgageHost was designed to be intuitive,
any new tool takes getting used to. We've designed our Online
Training Sessions to give you more in depth knowledge of MyMortgageHost.
These sessions are a perfect refresher for yourself or starting
point for new employees, and can be viewed anytime when it is convenient
for you.
In addition, we offer affordable
options for private online training sessions for up to ten
(10) of your employees.
Q. Is there any additional help available if I need it?

Q. Can my company configure MyMortgageHost?
A. Your Administrator
can configure many aspects of MyMortgageHost to meet the specific

You may set your company specific closing costs, default

A. MyMortgageHost
includes more than 65 pre-configured reports for sales, marketing
and client management. Additional reports

About Administration
Q. Do I need a programmer or development person to run MyMortgageHost?
A. Of course not! MyMortgageHost is essentially a "maintenance free" application.
Because it is a hosted system, we handle all system upgrades and enhancements.
It's always helpful to have an "in house" expert, and you will specify
the account owner as the "Administrator," but there is no need to
hire or retrain additional staff.
Q. What is the job of the Administrator?
A. Your Account Administrator
is responsible for setting up your MyMortgageHost account. This
includes adding users,
changing and deleting users as well as
setting compensation plans. The Administrator may also manage the initial
process of importing your mortgage company's existing
data and deleting duplicate and/or
bad records to ensure that your database clean and up to date!

About Databases
Q. Can I import my existing client database into MyMortgageHost?
A.
MyMortgageHost's services team will work with you to move your
data from a CSV (comma separated value) file format
(i.e., Microsoft Excel™ or Microsoft Access™)
into your new MyMortgageHost database. In addition, we have
a "self-service" import feature for you to import
an existing MortgageCoach™ database into MMH.
Q. How many records can I enter into MyMortgageHost?
A. MyMortgageHost
is designed to hold hundreds of thousands of records! If
you have more than a few hundred thousand
records, please contact us to ensure that we have optimized
your system for top performance.

Q. Does MyMortgageHost ever view or use my data?
A. MyMortgageHost
will not review, share, sell or distribute your Data except
as provided in the MyMortgageHost Terms
of Use agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual
records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the
purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected
violation
of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law.
Q. Is my client data secure?
A. MyMortgageHost databases are
protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption, courtesy of
VeriSign, the leader in SSL

Information exchanged with any address beginning with https
is encrypted

centers regularly creates core data backups. In emergency
situations data may be restored
from a backup for a modest handling fee.
